January 3rd , 2019 marks the beginning of the 116th session of the United States Congress. Bills that did not pass the House of Representatives and Senate and were signed by the President are effectively dead. Many of them will see new life in the 116th Congress with the same (or similar) title and a new bill number.

Select legislation with an impact on OHV recreation will be tracked during this session of Congress.
