Senators on the Environment and Public Works Committee have sent their third letter to US Fish and Wildlife Service requesting information on the 2011 settlement agreements between FWS, Center for Biological Diversity, and WildEarth Guardians.  The letter questions the lack of transparency surrounding the "sue and settle" agreements with litigious environmental groups without consultation from Congress or affected stakeholders such as state wildlife agencies.  A copy of the letter is attached.
