Axle Shaft for Nissan Xterra and Frontier Models Available

Rugged Rocks Produces Titan Swap Axle Shaft for Nissan Xterra and Frontier Models

Fontana, Calif. – Rugged Rocks has developed an axle shaft for Nissan Xterra and Nissan Frontier model years 2005 to 2017 with Titan Swap suspension and a stock R180 front differential.

"If you have previously installed Nissan Titan suspension components, this axle shaft retains the four-wheel drive on 2005 to 2017 Nissan Xterra and Nissan Frontier models," said Founder and President of Rugged Rocks Steven Lutz. "Also known as a ‘Titan Swap,’ Nissan Titan components widen the track width by 2.5-inches on each side of the vehicle making an extended axle shaft required to retain the four-wheel drive.”

Lutz said the shafts are stronger than stock components as they are constructed of 4140 Chromoly steel with a black oxide finish. The factory-style CV boot retainers keep the CV boots in their proper place and are intended for use with OEM CV joints (not included).

The axle shaft is available to be purchased as a pair or individually.

A pair of axle shafts is $220 and can be pre-ordered exclusively through RuggedRocksOffroad.com. Stock is set to arrive by the end of October.

Rugged Rocks, LLC was established in 2006 by Steven Lutz. More information about the products available can be viewed at RuggedRocksOffroad.com.
