Things that are affected by body lift:
Depending on amount of lift you will need to lengthen front brake hoses, clutch line, brake hose to rear brakes located towards passenger front wheel on frame, rear brake line that attaches to rear axle, fuel fill hose to gas tank and vent lines, shifters bent and lengthened, power steering tank location, front and rear bumper attachment point relocation if keeping stock bumpers.
And, I've probably forgot a few things.
