My upstanding neighbor said he would hit the ATM Friday to cover the cost of the chipper. Never dropped by with the cash. I didn't want to be tacky and ask for it but it seems like that's how he wants it to play out.

When we did talk about what it would cost I offered a discount. I figured it cost me $150, I sold the old one for scrap- $20. So $130 would be fair. That doesnt take into account the three hour drive to look at a used one, gas money time and hassle. I worked really hard to make this as inexpensive a problem as possible.
