Hi Guys

After almost 5 yrs it is time to replace the rear rotors...

Can anyone suggest or recommend some BC or Alberta shops to ask?

My Chassis is a L049 (L049G-30167XX to be exact).

The Parts thread shows no cross.

Browsing Ebay all vendors will not ship to Canada (received replies) and I have not heard back from Milners yet.

I did find a Mits number but no cross was found.

Anyways.. If anyone has a reputable vendor that ships please let me know their contact info.

No real rush at the moment as I am on vacation and the Paj is parked, but I will need to get something ordered by mid month.

Thanx

If it'll help, I can buy them from the place that won't ship to Canada and then ship them to you. It'll raise your total price, but may save some money.

I own/manage a NAPA store, as well. If you have NAPA part numbers, I'd be happy to get them to my store and then ship them to you. That would save you the freight coming to me. Several options for you to consider. If I can help you out, just let me know

Fasteddy's advice is occasionally sound...

Heya Cap'n!

Here's my new parts guy, based out of BC. Awesome to deal with... he'll get your chassis number, and use that to make sure he gets you the right part (he must be using the Japanese CAPS program).

Bought multiple items from him now, and he's been awesome...

I've never seen a Gen I with rear disc brakes...

And talking about rare things, yesterday I saw a '95 Gen II with factory dual bouncy seats, which I've never seen before either.

Just got my rear disk pads a few weeks ago from Pacific. Good guy to deal with.

Well vacation is winding down and the search is back on..

Millner replied and state something close to $200 for a pair to my door..

Rockey mountain imports replied asking for may Chasis number and the no reply with one follow up..

I just Emailed Paul now Phil...

It is not helped by being the more rare 323mm disk.. You can buy 315mm disks by the bucket and for cheep.. The 323 only crosses to one part number (EU part number at that) of ADC44363

But we'll get her back on the road soon..

My Niece is going to look into getting those disks here but I doubt that..

Man does Nicaragua make one love Diesels... Hilux D4D's every where... Great wall knockoffs of Hilux 2.4D (although I think I see less of them this time) Mitsubishi L200's by the boat load and Landcruiser pickups and waggons to boot even few Mahindras

Here is my fav 4 cyl Diesel Pick up..

Body Damage is Cool
ever thought about just machining the rotors??? the rears are solid and have lots of meat to them where you should be able to machine them a few times before getting them too thin. and it will only cost about $30. makes them just as good as new, nice new clean flat surface.

Not enough meat .. New they are only 8.8mm thick.
