I have posted that info before, the Probe exhaust monifold will bolt on a SOHC Sporty head, I used a Probe gasket on my brothers Kia to fix a bad gasket.

Well, going to take measurements for length and such this coming weekend. The guy actually has the B2200 as well as a B2000. Recently he's decided I can take my pick of which trans I want and fits. Price has dropped to $50 for either as well.
I hate to see people out of work and unable to pay their bills, but it's made finding deals on parts easy...

The guy actually has the B2200 as well as a B2000 There are two engines with the 2200 size, the R series diesel/F series petrol, and the S2 series which was a rebadged Perkins diesel and may not share the same bellhousing http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mazda_engines2/3 the way down to the right of "Wankel engines" in the column.

If I were you I would at least consider the option to fit the B2200 engine...
Anyway
Basicaly what I fave in mind for the future is just that fit a 2200 engine..
