Trying to find new shackle bushings. I would prefer the polyurethane since they last way longer, but I cant even find the rubber ones. I did find them from an online toyota parts warehouse for 100.
Anyone got a source.

Check with 4Crawler, he's a board moderator. He builds custom shackles, but he may be able to hook you up with a good bushing source. 4Crawler's Product Page From www.toyodiy.com I get the following for the factory bushing part #'s. The prices are pretty appealing <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> : 48210A BUSH(FOR REAR SPRING SHACKLE UPPER) 90385-18017 RCK10, VCK1*, 2* Qty=4 $4.11 48210G BUSH(FOR REAR SPRING SHACKLE LOWER) 90385-18016 RCK10, VCK11, 21 Qty=4 $3.56 From what I understand, the poly bushings tend to be squeaky.

Gees what the heck did I find then-I guess the price for the shackle itself.
Ill contact 4 crawler and see what he says, I dont want the rubber bushings b/c they tend to wear out too easy and I dont want to do this job again anytime soon.

Ive contacted 4crawler and am awaiting a response to have some shackles built with poly bushings. Im sure if I were to try and remove the ones on there now I would have issues due to rust and corrosion.
I also found daystar apparently lists toyota pick up 89-05 shackle bushings as fitting a t100. No idea if its right but I cant chance it once I have everything apart.
Also found a few new non oem shackles for about 70/pc online. Pretty reasonable but no idea the real quality.
