This weekend was one I have been looking forward to , and also dreading for a long time . My son Graduated in June , and he has decided to go to university in Edmonton . (excellent program there) I should be VERY happy for him , and I am , but I'm also sad , as he is now a fair distance away , and I wont get to see him much . I am defiantly going to have to occupy my mind with other things , and one of them being work . My "plan" was always to be a dad first , and business second .. still is , but now with my "empty nest" , it's time to focus on the business . With the earlier expansion last year , we are already out of room . Investors interested , we may be in for some awesome new services and exclusive parts . anyway ... now on with the original title . I had another Trekker back 1/2 sitting in Edmonton for years . I originally purchased the 3 Trekkers all in 1 package way back when . So Taking my son to Edmonton was a perfect time to pick up the other Trekker . So I took some pics of some of our beautiful scenery Mt Robson in the "rockies" (Tallest mountain in the Canadian rockies) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/SSPX2167_zps0966f1ab.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/SSPX2168_zps33ee3ea7.jpg) and at the park entrance ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/SSPX2174_zps0f64eaa5.jpg) and we made it .. dropped my Boy off , unpacked , and I was back on the road in the morning . Drove out to "Captain Morgans's" place , (Mod on the Trekker board)to pick up the Trekker ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/SSPX2169_zpsc72d27d5.jpg) and homeward bound !!! few hours later , I could see the mountians ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/SSPX2170_zps7a25e714.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/SSPX2172_zpsb461a7d3.jpg) up and over the mountians and finally after 1918 KM's (1191 miles) home is in site ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/SSPX2179_zps98a157cb.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/SSPX2180_zpsb8efd3c5.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/SSPX2184_zpsc726c284.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/SSPX2186_zps24bbf96f.jpg) .

Thanks for the great pics Corey. I've always enjoyed driving that loop (back before passports became 'required' <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />)
Hopefully young son retains some sense from his Dad. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Man, it's a shame that any human in this day and age should be forced to live or work in such an ugly place…

It is if you owe back child support, as a few overseas businessmen found out when all that nonsense became mandatory. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />
For me it's more a logistical PITA to find someone to take a photo and collect the paperwork.
My roomie also tells me the border crossing on the Canuck end of things isn't as friendly as it used to be either. I remember not having a hassle as well. Weird.

or if you have a criminal record ...
I have traveled quite extensivly throughout North America , and even now still cross over into the US almost monthly . never had any issues . passport lasts 5 years , and if you keep it up to date , you should have no problems

I actually never needed one until Homeland Insecurity came along. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/evil.gif" alt="" /> Rolled thru Canada without issue.
Military passport expired light years ago.

well It's finally official . We have started the "build" of the moulds for the Trekkers . as you may have already read , I drove to get our last and final trekker of the original 3 purchaced way back when . into the shop today , we started the teardown and it went quick .. I had previously chopped off the canopy , as we already produce this part and didnt need it . ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/SSPX2201_zps09ba6557.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/SSPX2204_zpsf8c2e7b1.jpg) .
