Suggestions?? Idle will not go below 1500RPM regardless of engine temp. As if cold-idle is stuck. All I did was replace the thermostat... Burped with heater on, no vac leaks, stumped... Ideas?? (I am new to this 2.7 motor) Thanks!

Coolant sensor might be freaking out and not seeing the coolant come up to temp. Did you test the new t'stat in some hot water before you put it in?
Make sure the t'body linkage is clean.

Thanks for the reply Margie. I did test the t-stat actually.. First time. I found a suggestion repeated through various boards. I disconnectd the battery while at work all day. Reconnected it. Within 10 miles, the idle is perfect now after warming up. Removing just the EFI fuse for awhile seemed to do nothing. Either way, this little truck is back to 100%. Thanks!
