Was trying to locate James Webb who used to be on here as JW but he stopped posting a while back and I've lost contact with him.
Anyone still in touch with James? Is still driving his SR?
How about Ray Miles (selimyar), Chad (sapper), etc.? Anyone know what they're up to these days and if they still have their Monteros?
I know Guy from Mass. sold his red 2-door and now has an FJ.

We've had plenty of characters on here, that's for sure.
Grandpa Bill, SeerAtlas, Old Colt, Bob Shaw. A million others I have forgotten. This is the first forum I joined, way back when, so I guess I'm more interested in this one than any other since.
It's kind of funny how full circle some of our stories end up, like how years after Lloyd Swartz sold off his '90 SWB, it ended up a mile from Toasty's house, sat at that guy's place for years and now Toasty has it and Lloyd is recounting the problems it needed to have fixed. I have a feeling Lloyd may end up driving it again one day, even if it's just for a few minutes.

That sucks. Bottom Feeler, Dr. Deeptrack sold out of the Montero game a couple of years back when he got rid of his Gen 1 2dr. He left me a bunch of parts out front one night when I wasn't around and I think he lives back in TX. Interesting guy. John B.

Not a easy game for some .. Mitsu's are very miss understood' sort of machine's for most ..
You all here are great ... But at times the forum can be real hard on someone that thinks not as the masses do here does not help..
OldColt was in last week late night on the 'Who's Online' page ...

I haven't posted in quite some time and only recently started lurking after a long absence. I still have the '91 limo and it is running again. I just recently made efforts to start some of the long neglected maintenance and repairs. In the meantime, I've been driving a Jetta TDI.
Sorry to hear about your current situation fasteddy. I appreciate all the help you've given me in the past.

Haven't posted for awhile - the Red 90 SWB is gone and there wasn't much I could do about it (long very sad story).... I think someone else wanted it.....
Have the Black 92 LWB (1st LWB) 2.8TD A/T which has under gone a nice transformation in the past year.....
Some parts here are difficult - some very easy......

Sorry to hear that Fasteddy. Mine was just finalized last Friday. It's certainly not a fun thing to go through. Best of luck to you as you settle in on your own.
