87 Dodge Raider recently dropped off at Triangle Auto Recyclers in Durham NC: http://tarnc.com/Silver/black exterior, gray/blue interior, seats good, interior trim good, carpet OK, body has some rust and some damage near bumper end caps, 2.6L, auto tranny, has 5 stock wheels still on truck. It was a whole truck until I picked the following parts: AC switch, dash gauge cluster, center gauge cluster, tail lights, rear marker lights, front parking lights, bouncy seat base, mud flaps, headlight washer nozzles, center rearview mirror, headlight washer pump. I'm not affiliated with the yard, just passing this along for those needing parts. They also have a Gen2 Montero that has been picked over pretty well.

2.5L?
Visors, you say? Are you going back?
Also, a point of advice: Pull every hazard switch you find on these things.

John B, the manual states a 2.555L G54B so that's a 2.6, my bad. I'm heading back this week.

I could use the visors if you could get them for me. I'll pay for them and shipping/handling.
For some reason, the 2.5l thing just looked so...different. I didn't even equate it to being a 2.6 by a different name.

Big thank you to Mighty Monty. He PM'd me that he picked up the parts I wanted. I PM'd him that I would like them shipped to me.
Without mentioning any names, HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
I told him to send me a total of what he paid, including any packaging, time and travel and postage.
It kind of grates on me when I take the time to pull a part (even if I already have said part), clean it up, put it in a box and send it, only to wait a week or two, then get just what I spent for the postage. I remember, and no more parts for you!

RX, you sir are the best at the service you provide. You don't charge enough, in my opinion.
Let's say I have a part on, say, an engine. Someone calls out for that part. I (We) have that part. I say "Hey. I can help you out." Someone responds and says "Hey, I need that part." You know how that goes. So why go through the process of pulling, cleaning, packaging, then driving to the UPS store to send it, only to have someone think that all they have to pay is the shipping charge that's on the label?
We could have received more money for the part I'm alluding to by scrapping it. Yes, I'm singling someone out. No, that person isn't on here any more. Yes, that person got their truck running with the part sent to them. I'm maybe guilty of the same thing...call me out. But I'm not playing that way any more, any way. And I hope no one else does, either.
