Now it's gone and fell apart. Luckily I can switch gears for the time being, but I'm not sure how much longer I will have that luxury. I can't find any shifters for sale locally or online other than newer models. A Facebook group member contacted me about it and several other interior pieces a few weeks back, but haven't heard from him lately. I'll pull it out when I get back home later today and take some pics. I think the lens with the markings may be cracked, but otherwise its in good shape. Faded blue in color.
