MORENO VALLEY, Calif - Effective immediately the Bureau of Land Management has lifted its fire prevention closure for public land access in and near Whitewater Canyon in Riverside County.

This action terminates a Whitewater Fire Prevention order issued on June 1, 2017, by the BLM Palm Springs-South Coast Field Office.
