Hi All, I have a broken temp sensor (2-wire), but cannot identify what it is. It is located on the passenger side of the thermostat housing, but is not identified in any of the FSM images. I have shaded it yellow in the attached image. I need to order a new part, but am not sure what to order just yet.
Is your switch depicted on this diagram? Alternative view from FSM.

Hi All, I spent some time reading through FSM & Parts Catalog from Mitsubishi links. I then looked up all of the P/N listed for the temperature sensors on pg 96 for the parts catalog, but none of them had plug ends that matched mine.
In the wiring harness page # 427/428 the p/n MB568959 is listed as a Water Temperature Switch for the AC Harness. When I look that part up on eBay the plug end matches, but it and the OEM Mitsubishi websites state that it is not a fit for my vehicle based on VIN?
Attached are the pages from parts catalog and matching image from eBay in next post
