My tranny and transfer case in my 88 Raider are noisy and leaking oil so I am want to put the tranny and transfer case from my 89 PowerRam 50 in the Raider if they are the same. The Ram50 has the 2.6L but the transfer case knob does not have a neutral and the the Raider does. Any thoughts if the two are the same?

The KM-145 are the same, with the difference being clutch activation method...cable or hydraulic. I've never compared them side by side, but could for you.

Very good. The '88 Raider service manual says KM145-9-FSL and the '89 Ram 50 service manual says KM145-D-TDSL. The speedo gear ratio is also different. I guess that making the change may involve a few changes besides nut and bolts.
