So I need some help, 89 dodge raider 3.0, I cant get my timing right, when I'm on #1 with the plug grounded. My timing mark is not in the 10 o'clock position to be around top dead center. The mark is actually in the 2-3 o'clock position. I am throwing 2 codes code 41 and 14. So TPS and injector codes. When it runs and i pull off each plug wire at the distributor, the idle only changes when I remove 2,4, and 6 wires. 1,3, and 5 does nothing, when I remove them there is no difference in idle, and the plug wire is sparking to the distributor. So I know it's getting spark on that side. Also I have a new distributor, cap, rotor, plugs, and wires. So are my injectors plugged, or fuel rail plugged up, or? I also replaced the fuel filter which had a dark mud looking liquid coming out of it, so It may have blown through the fuel filter and plugged something up.
I have also tore the front end off and made sure all timing marks were lined up. I lined up both cam dots to cam notch, and lined up pulley to 0 TDC on it's up stroke. Any input would be greatly appreciated

The 3.0 dizzy cap conducters don't go straight thru,,, they offset. You can usually see the routing inside cap.

I'll never forget the time I was installing my distributor and just couldn't get the timing right and shortly before I reached the point of no return, I turned the cap over and discovered this. It seemed like a mean trick...haha
