Getting the Wheeling Fever
If it rains or snows and I don't run it that day the car is a bear to start the next day. No problem starting on dry days or cold days.
I've replaced fuel sender, fuel lines, distributor cap/rotor

I'm thinking to replace the ignition coil next....or maybe the ignition relay switch??

What do the Sages say??

Body Damage is Cool
*****
I had that problem on my 89 V6. There is an o-ring that sits between the distributor cap and the distributor body. There were only fragments of the original when I purchased the truck. The o-ring part number is MD611460. I opened up all the electrical connections and sprayed some contact cleaner/lubricant on the contacts. Once both of these were done, the hard starting in damp weather went away.

Hey Mark,
Thanks for the reply!
I had recently heard of that being a solution and when I replaced the Distributor cap/rotar....(just last week) I checked that O-ring and being that I bought and installed a new distributor just 8 years ago my o-ring looked to be in great shape.

I did clean off oxidation on the distributor body and greased the O-ring and where the distributor sits on the o-ring with dialectical battery grease.
....but that did Not solve my problem in any way...Ugh!!

When and Where did you buy a New OEM O-ring?? Also, you got a caliper to measure what thickness your O-ring is? I would like to compare to mine to see if there's a difference.

What were "all the electrical connections" that you cleaned and lubed and what cleaner/lube did you use??

I don’t think you want the buna material, lower temp resistance.

M2.5x90 Viton O-Ring, 75A Durometer, Round, Black, Viton, 90 mm ID, 95 mm OD, 2.5 mm Width (Pack of 5) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NJPP6KM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_Oc64WrB65mR2Q
