Getting the Wheeling Fever
Was running fine...then did some stick welding to the frame around/behind the passenger side door. Battery was disconnected and welder was grounded to frame.

Now turns over but will not start............replaced plug wires, ECU

I would go back to the battery and connections. Clean battery connections and double check/clean the ground binding between frame - chassis - engine. The ground does need a good solid bond free from rust and corrosion.

Then, there is the TDC (Top Dead Center) sensor. With the 4.0l engine, that is a common problem.
