Without messing up my headliner to see. Would my monty have the proper bosses to install a grab handle above the drivers door ? Me being in a wheelchair it would be nice to have one.

Short answer, yes. The bosses are there. However, you will hit your head in off-camber bouncy situations, if you wheel. I knocked myself out and still can identify the dent in my skull, 12 years later.
On the other hand, a handle installed on the A-pillar is helpful.

The handle over the passenger door is not a hard handle. Thats what i would install over the drivers door. I just knew i couldn't use sheetmetal screws as they wouldn't last long with me pulling my 180 pounds up, using it to pull on to get out of my wheelchair up into the truck, pulling on the steering wheel right now. A piller wont do me any good getting into the truck.

I added used an extra passenger handle from a parts car, and even though it is rubber / pvc covered strap, in compression against a head, it wins. I understand the benefit as a pull-up spot, but still caution you. If you are set on using this spot, use a fabric or belt strap of some kind
