Anybody in the Seattle Area with a Raider 4cyl? #1106303 05/28/21 05:29 AM

Need a Spot
Hi All,
Now with this thing running, I am test driving it about every evening. I have never owned or driven one, so I don't know if it is dialed in correctly, or not.
It would be nice if I could see one that is nearby in the Seattle area, to see how it should be behaving.
Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks

Don't be amazed by general lack of power in lower rpm..mine powered up over 3k ram.

There should be no hesitation accelerating from 1st to 3rd gear, with most speed gain in 2nd gear. If this range is sluggish, check secondary diaphragm on the carb.

Download the 2.6L drive driveability manual from Mitsubishilinks.com and read up.

Thanks once again! I have a Weber installed and definitely have some work to do synchronizing the transmission (automatic).
I really do like the way it handled, and it is pretty smooth. Lots of room and headroom (I'm 6'6").
I will look into the Mitsubishi site.
