My caddy says premium only and she has had reg since the fuel cost increase and no probs have come about

I'm pretty sure it means that it runs best on prem. since its 9.5:1 compression.

In the city yes. Isn't that normal for a 3.5? Wow, not for me. I get ~17mpg combined. I've had a few tanks wehere I did primarily city driving, and had to fill slightly earlier, but nothing that dramatic.

I would bet your poor mileage can be attributed to using 87. The 3.5 requires 92 minimum - I had a bad knock and bad mileage before I learned this. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />
