I will be living in Farmington, NM starting the week of May 15(70 miles from the Arizona-New Mexico state line), is that close enough to be on the Arizona board? I haven't seen anyone else from NM on the board so I thought I could be grouped into the Arizona or Colorado group(Farmington is only 20 miles from the NM-Colorado state line). And I am moving from Houston, TX.

I measured 49.99. That gets you in. The top secret password will be PM'ed.

Besides, I might need to know someone who lives in such beautiful country.

Sturdy, welcome to the 4 Corners area, you'll like Farmington, it's a pretty nice town.

You are probably right with your mileage. I used the mileage from Farmington, NM to Teec Nos Pos, AZ and mapquest had their Farmington starting point about 20 miles south of Farmington.

I got the PM I will enter my information today.

Need a Spot
Not to get off topic, but now that we have a few users on the list, we should get together sometime and do a Fun Run somewhere, like a day trip or an overnighter.
Which brings me to the next question:
Where do most of you go off-roading at? I live in East Mesa and have been lately running through Box Canyon/Martinez Cabins/Woodpecker trails.
What are you favorite spots?

Looks like the PM's and e-mails with updates have trickled off.

Latest list at: http://users4.ev1.net/~sanaghan/temp/Isuzu/AZ-TX_zu_list.zip

If you forgot / want the password, PM me.

I was an AZ Isuzu guy. In fact I was the leader of a number of Isuzu runs several years ago (along with 98RodeoS). About a year ago I went to the dark side, still miss the Rodeo sometimes (like every time I think about having a Dana35c, or need room behind my seat on a trail to carry a cooler, etc.).

Also, there is a good group of AZ VX peeps that get together a few times a year, make sure to look them up/include them, great group of people.

Well you just named it that area is huge, if you live in the east valley it is the place to go. Woodpeckers, Ajax, Coke Oven, Box Caynon, Elvis, Jack Handle, Highway to Hell, etc. There is a trail for every level out there. Soon it will be time to run some of these at night, get your rock lights on.

If you are looking to travel a little there are trails like Back Road to Crown King, or the Terminators, etc. out at Table Mesa (Bradshaw Mts.). In addition there are a few trails in the White Tank Mountains on the West Side.

When the AZvjc (Arizona Virtual Jeep Club) site is back up you can use ut as a great resource for trails in AZ, currenty they are changing servers/hoast.

I've had a Texas / Arizona Isuzu members list for years now; I was getting ready to delete it. There's not special information on it besides old names, addresses, and emails of the Texas and Arizona Isuzu's. I have no idea how valid they are.

Looking at the recent postings, I haven't seen many people on that list. I was hoping to see a recent Triathlete or Houlster post, but Houlster's website is blank, and both of them last posted in 2010.

I am glad to see Curtis Johnson is still working hard (diesel forums)!

If anyone thinks they would have a use for this, let me know. Otherwise, I'm going to delete it.

I'm still driving the Rodeo around, and the Amigo still lives at a friends house.
