60MPH... debris in road... blowout...skid...guardrail...embankment.

I sincerely hope that's my "event" for this lifetime. I walked away with seatbelt bruising, sore neck (airbag), a few scratches here and there, and some facial abrasion.

Quite frankly it's amazing what basic safety items like shoulder-belts and airbags can do for a pretty violent deceleration.

Actually, the fronts look worse in the pictures than they were, and the skid wore that particular area down quite a bit. But they were due up soon.

The backs, where the blowout was, were servicable
