4x4Wire is on the cusp of making some significant changes to our legacy content base and how articles are created. As such, I am asking for volunteers who would like to help out, in any vehicle section, with any/all of the following:

 • Define the structure of each vehicle section to include descriptions, subsections, etc.
 • Help create and populate FAQs on creating articles and uploading images; offer general tech help on using an editor (like Word or OpenOffice).
 • Help work out a process for linking to and/or importing legacy content.
 • Propose new sections or subsections and develop them.
 • Test software and report bugs and issues.
 • Make suggestions on improvements and lead the change process.

Those who help will be required to regularly communicate via a private forum limited to those working on this project.

Very basic tech skills are required: if you can use a word processor, you're technically qualified.

The qualities we are looking for are commitment to 4x4Wire; good communication skills; creative thinking and follow-through.

Those who are active in this endeavor will acquire a role in the new structure of 4x4Wire; whether as an Editor, Manager, admin, tech support, bathroom attendant, etc.

At this moment we have nothing tangible to offer - that means this is truly on a volunteer basis and unpaid - but that may well change.

If you are interested, please feel free to PM me or email me joe at 4x4wire dot com to raise any questions, ask for info, or express interest.

Thanks!

I am willing to lend a hand… provided that once the dust settles, if I should be appointed to a position as a Bathroom Attendant, I require your assurance that I will be working in the Executive Washroom, as the guy with the cologne and breath mints (not the one changing urinal cakes and mopping-up brown ‘overspray’).

Seriously -- I think I like what I’m hearing!
If 4x4Wire is getting an upgrade, I will gladly do what I can to help

Cheers!

Not sure how much assistance I can lend to the project, but I'll be more than happy to help any way I can

Where did all the Jeep mods go???? I noticed KCJeeper was on the other day, but have not seen any of them besides that in quite a while.

Just saw Berkeley today...I guess they just lay in hiding most of the time.
