The stiffest TJ springs are the 106/6AA springs. I got a set off ebay for around $50 shipped. I haven't installed them yet (waiting for warmer weather.) I plan to take as many before and after pictures as I can to document the lift.
Note: I think the NEW Jeep springs will fit as well, and they have a 7AA spring which is even stiffer than the TJ springs.

the problem might be that they get too stiff though. The stiffer the spring the higher the lift, and the less comfortable the ride will be.
keep that in mind

It looks to be about 155-160 lbs/inch but I don't really have that accurate of measuring tools. I tried to do a google search to see if anyone had more accurated measured the spring rate, but to no avail. Hope that helps.

Jaybar will correct me if I'm wrong but 106aa is the stiffest spring, 105 the next and so on, there are 6 sizes in all. There is a 130aa that is available on the Rubicon only (in Canada at least) this might be the elusive factory 2" lifted springs that have become a urban myth, there a set on ebay now, with the 130aa tags on them. 130aa ebay springs.Nevermind I'm an idiot, those are front springs!!! the rears are 5aa must be a newer TJ

I know how to calculate the spring rate thats physics. The question is what is the "real" spring rate not the "ideal" spring rate? Anyway, the easy option is to get a "standard weight" (in my case 100 lbs) and measure the distance the spring compresses. Voila! The spring rate! Anyway, the springs I got off ebay (6AA) had 3,000 miles on them, and the rate for them is 160lbs/in.
