Hi Davey,
This is what the extended forks stop.
Have you tried contacting Picorp About the extended forks?

Yeah he's the one that told me the forks aren't available
With the Kings springs already giving me 40-45mm, think I'll just fab some 16mm spacers to give me a further 25mm, should fit over the existing strut studs with room for the nuts. Will measure up tomorrow.
[b]Another pointer for body lifts - your fuel filler tube may dislodge from the fuel tank, check it after and/or install a longer rubber section.[b]

Looking for pointers on the body lift. Do I need to alter the front brake flexi pipes, or just relocate the mount that holds the hose to the inner wing? I already have 40mm strut spacers up front, and the hose are pretty much maxed out at full steering angles. Here's how she looks after 13 hours cutting and welding to replace the rotten sills with box section and rock slider. ![[Linked Image]](http://i1116.photobucket.com/albums/k569/jaybrian32/DSC_0072_zpse412e7c3.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i1116.photobucket.com/albums/k569/jaybrian32/DSC_0070_zps1afe2a59.jpg)

Body Damage is Cool

Things that are affected by body lift: Depending on amount of lift you will need to lengthen front brake hoses, clutch line, brake hose to rear brakes located towards passenger front wheel on frame, rear brake line that attaches to rear axle, fuel fill hose to gas tank and vent lines, shifters bent and lengthened, power steering tank location, front and rear bumper attachment point relocation if keeping stock bumpers. And, I've probably forgot a few things. Hi Everet, I'll only be going 1 to 1.5" on the body lift, I don't fancy the expense of getting bolt extensions machined, probably cost me more than my truck is worth.

Don't forget those heater hoses Good idea to loosen the steering shaft splines too. My engine fan was just clipping the lower shroud, cleared it by loosening the shroud bolts and forcing it down a bit. Maybe a body lift advice post can be compiled by a mod and stickied somewhere?
I went with 1.5" blocks, cut from a 12" long poly boat trailer roller. Had to trim the centre console plastic (including the vinyl boot mounting) behind the transfer lever, any higher would require trimming the metal sealing plate below it.

A sticky sounds a good idea, I shouldn're have any issues with the cooling fan, I've already binned the stock viscous unit and fit a large electric item.

Here's a quick list of things to check, others can add to it
Front brake flexi hoses Rear brake flexi hose (front and rear) Handbrake cables Clutch line Heater hoses Radiator hoses (should be ok unless going huge) Fuel filler (top and bottom) Vent lines (near fuel filler tube) Power steering reservoir Steering shaft splines Fan shroud Centre console trim (behind transfer lever, both plastics and possibly metal surround on body) Shifters lengthened/bent Bumper mounts

When jacking the body off, I lifted from near both middle (sill) mounts on each side. This allowed me to fit blocks to 2 mounts at once, either front and sill front, or rear and sill rear. Remember to spread the load with wood blocks against the floor
