Done with the front. It was a little tricky getting the spring spacers in, but it's done. I'll post more when I get the rear springs.

We'll all done with the lift. Overall it wasn't bad. Allandall it took about 8 hours. Rear was superfast. I used KYB rear shocks, 99' rav4. Rear springs I ordered from my local spring shop, for 04' Rubacon. Wheels are Vision Warrior 357 16" x 8", with 265 70 16 4 ply ( to keep weight down) I made steel brackets for the factory front bumper to push the corners out so I didn't have to butcher the plastic. I also trimmed the plastic inner fenders front, and back of the front tires. I'm going to try to post before, and after pics (But I suck at that stuff).
Still upset I can't just order diff locks at a reasonably good price.

Why not? The difflocks ain't that expensive from Korea especially shipped to the US.
You should try Australian prices for difflocks, you guys get them for a steal.
I use photo bucket for my pictures, Found that the easiest way to post on sites.

Diff locker is well worth whatever it costs Front lift spacers are a P.I.T.A. to do.. especially with stiffer coils. How's your cv clearance from the strut forks?
I got KYB RAV4 shocks for the rear too - but have found them way under damped, still usable at least. Mine is the long body version, could be why
Long a$$ 2000 Sporty, auto, 5.38 gears, TF front locker, 4"+ front lift (Kings +40 springs, 50mm spacers, 1.5" diff drop), TJ 104 rears 3" + 50mm coil spacers, 1.5" body lift, 31/10.5r15's on 15x8 Kings (ET-13), WARN manuals, Smart Bar, spotties

Mine is the long body version, could be why Mine is under damped as well Davey all round, KYB struts in the front and OME RAV 4 rears and mine is the little bumb. I think it more related to the heavier spring rates. myself and Runt 313 a still looking into trying to source a shock replacement to provide better dampening as well as fixing the front AARm issue with the 4 inch lift. No issues with my struts as I was able to source the extended front struts which fixes the rubbing issue. Cheers, Chris

Here's what I'm running in the rear. Made all the difference after bolting a few hundred pounds of steel and 2 batteries to the rear of my Sporty. The shocks are Pro Comp ES9000 series - #924515 . They are spec'd to fit the following vehicles (front shocks, I think): 1984-2010 Ford F-250, 1984-2010 Ford F-350, 1984-2010 Jeep Cherokee, 1984-2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 1984-2010 Jeep Wrangler They're working for me. If you need a little more oomph in your shocks, give one of those sets a try...
1997 Sportage 4x4, auto-trans, Warn manual hubs, 4" UPYOURKIA front lift, TJ 106AA rear springs, 2-5/8" body lift, 31x10.50 treads, SmittyBilt SRC front and XRC rear bumper, swing-out tire mount, OBX LSD front diff, Track Finder rear locker, 5.38 R&Ps and... really crappy gas mileage!

Thanks Peabody,
will look into it.
been a twin tube shock do you have clearance issues?
I would like to try and find a fix for the front at the same time so it is balanced if I can.
Cheers, Chris
