Why the heck can't I pull a boot without ruining it? I can't seem to get one out without pliers and that usually crushes the inside plastic. How do you guys do it.
2.7 4 cyl TIA

98 2.7 4cyl 4Runner Bone Stock perfect 200,000 miles (alright, it has a HG and clutch in it's past)

yeah fine but 3rz plug boots don't look like that. I actually asked parts guy at the dealership if there was a plug wire pulling tool. I'm starting a new acronym for the response: DIHS.
