Does anyone know where I can find a Toyota bedliner for my '95 T100 extracab? The dealer told me they can no longer get them for the T100....

You could try craigslist or car-part.com and see what's near you. Are you looking fer under or over the rail?
You might be able to wheel and deal with someone who's selling their truck that has the bedliner as well...worth a shot.

Check the junkyards... Most have simply thrown them away whenever the chance came. Just threw mine away not 6 months ago...

Went high-zoot & shelled out $400 for a Rhino lining... Couldn't resist though; had just scored on a Snugtop that was the same color as my truck for $300.
x2 on the rust trap... Was glad to have mine blasted down before they applied.

A liner called ALL STAR on my 93 has no rust issues. It fits over the rails and I check it every year. The only spot for rust was the wheel well corners, which are notorious. Took care of that in my first year of ownership......

Thanks for the suggestions.. I would have liked to gone the spray-on route but couldn't deal with the high cost.. I did hear about herculiner, does it really work? I saw some stuff at Walmart that you paint on but I didn't want to mess up my truck.. It's a '95 with 175k on it and never had a bedliner so it needs some attention.. The body is in great shape, most people can't believe it is that old with that much mileage..

Herculiner works, it isnt as nice looking as the real deal spray ons since you roll it on. It did take more than a few coats really to get it thick enough.
