hi, just wanted to know if there is any other people out there that are having as crappy of customer service form this company as me?

oredered a diamond axle housing from them, it was paid for mid december at the latest. i was able to get ahold of them a few times, and the answer i kept getting was, oh its almost finished, should be ready to go next week. we will call you. 3 weeks go by, i call again, get the same speal. another 3 weeks goes by, nothing, now they wont return any emails or messages, and there answering machine is now full.

so anyone currently thinking of ordering anything from them, i would not recommend them at this time. this is terrible customer service especially when someone has spent thousands of dollars on there order.

I just saw this mentioned on a local Colorado forum. Regarding a week ago, someone said "Brian is in Johnson Valley for King of the Hammers." See that thread here:

Brian was at KOH for a week +. He's a great guy and makes excellent products. I can only assume this to be a fluke.

I have nothing important to say.
