Ya Blitz is right, you'll be fine as long as their close ratios and you're not driving around on the street in 4WD.
I don't see any reason to be in 4WD in the rain, Sporty's don't have enough power to break loose even if you try!
The tire tread depth and circumference issues have more to do with AWD low tolerance transfer cases that engage all the time.
With that said, same tire size, tread design & depth is still the best way to go.
Just my 69 cents

if its rubbin that really aint good. if you want to keep the sway bar ,do it right. lower the front brackets to retain original angle on swaybar. they work kind of like torsion bars, and by changing the angle steeper with a lift it makes the sway bar even stiffer. I already have the sway bar drop links on.... should this be a new thread under sway bar?...just askin. Thanks for being kind.....But it could be relative for tire size and also safety! I will take a crow bar and bend it a bit cause it is rubbing against the lower arm....

hydra..im not sure if im right on this.im thinking maybe...your sway bar is upside down.
also it may bolt onto the top of a-arm bolt end.(you would need to rotate the cap end with the bolt threads to point up) like i said im not sure and mine is off,but this warrants investigation. either bolted on wrong side,or upside down,or both. something just doesnt seem right. we need a pic of original setup.

The bolts that hold the ends of the swaybar to the fork bolt are on like a ball joint. Unbolt them, and turn them facing up instead of down. Then reattach swaybar.

You say you do have the drop links? I had to move the swaybar under the original skid plate with the droplinks to attach the swaybar. I have dave's kit. I would take pictures, but of course i don't use my swaybar.

Which makes it easier to remove anyway when wheeling...
