2 suggestions:
1 - Call the shop that did the work 2 - run smaller tires

What do you mean by sticking clutch? You press the pedal down, and it sticks to the floor? If so, its either your clutch master or slave cylinder. Go ahead and rebuild/replace BOTH. They are cheap.

When ever i push in the cluch it only sticks sometimes but seems like its happening more and more cause im have to pop it back up with my foot. I have 4.56 gears and im thinking i might just have to get 5.29 if this is gona keep on happening.

That won't fix it. Just go get the gears anyway! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Gears have absolutely nothing to do with it. Either do tires <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
Your clutch hydraulics are bad. I had the exact same problem. I rebuilt my clutch master cylinder. Didn't fix it. I then replaced my clutch slave cylinder and problem solved.

You want 5.29 gears with 35" tires.
A new master/slave will fix your problem, trust me.
