1st Gen 4runner: How to get the "sail panel" off

I'm talking about that panel, high up, just behind the driver/passenger door. I thought there was a thread on that, but I can't find it. You know, the one where you have to break the mounting tabs <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
